With all of this time spent at home, I suddenly have an unlimited amount of time to practice yoga.

*Cue my High School Musical jump of excitement*

Since we can’t practice in our studios right now, I’m here to share with you my favorite online yoga studios that have transformed my home into a practice.

LL by Laughing Lotus

This online studio is everything I love about yoga! They have Kirtan, Bhakti Flow, Restorative, Mudras and LOVE. Practicing with LL by Laughing Lotus reminds me everyday that we are here to love and to practice that love in everything we do. To practice and love with their online studio, check out their classes HERE. And when they reopen their doors definitely stop by the glitter bar. You will love it!

Yoga Evolving Now

This online studio is truly dear to my heart and founded by the lovely K10 Yoga. I love this online studio because they offer classes for every BODY and remind me that we cannot teach and practice yoga unless we make it accessible to all beings. Yoga Evolving Now not only offers online classes, but they have online teacher trainings too! You can sign up for class HERE and if you want to dive even deeper, check out our donation based Three Day Home Retreat that we’re co-leading together this weekend!

YogaGirl.com is founded by Rachel Brathen. This online studio is a beautiful community that always brings me back home to myself. What I LOVE about this online studio is the variety of classes and membership options it offers. This online studio truly has a class for everyone with teachers from all over the world who have so much to give to the community. Additionally, the online studio has daily videos on astrology, a blog with yummy vegan recipes and a forum for community members to share with one another. I can’t think of a better way to come together during this time in life. To sign up for membership to join the 30 Days of Space Challenge check out their  subscription options HERE.

This new and everchanging time of life is something we’re all going through together.

Why not move through it together too?

Choose an online studio from above then share it with a friend as practicing together is always more fun!

And if you need a friend to practice with check out my Online Teaching Schedule! I would LOVE to have you!

Sending you all deep breaths and an abundance of this ever flowing practice. Love to you all!
