Today we are learning how mantra helps manifest your dreams.
I have been traveling the world and teaching yoga for four years. I have lived in Costa Rica teaching yoga in a jungle hotel, island hopping in Greece while teaching yoga in refugee camps and most recently teaching yoga to underserved communities in Cambodia. I did all of this travel and more by manifesting the life I want through mantra.
What is Mantra?
Mantra is a word phrase, lyric, or meditation that reminds you WHY you’re going after your dreams. It motivates you to keep going on the days when it’s not easy. Lastly, it lights you up from nose to toes when you speak, sing, or read
How Do I Create a Mantra?
Make a Vision Board.
A vision board should have lots of word mantras and photos that represent what YOU want in life. If you’ve never created a vision board, check out my post:
Once your vision board is created, put it in a special place where you will see it everyday. Mine is in my planner.
Choose a mantra that resonates with your dreams and vision board.
A few examples of mantra are:
Abundance is coming to me in expected and unexpected ways.
I believe in the good things coming. -Nahko Bear
I am apart of a light so bright that it shines out darkness forever.
Turn Your Mantra Into an “I Am” Statement.
I am peaceful.
I am attracting endless abundance by keeping a gratitude mindset.
I am worthy of my wildest dreams.
It’s time to manifest!
You need to speak this mantra OUT LOUD every single day! Once in the morning, once in the evening, and anytime you need a reminder of your dreams. You can even write it down somewhere or get a tattoo of it like I did.
As you look at your vision board and speak your dreams into the universe, start to watch your dream life slowly unfold into the reality you manifested.
Jobs will start to appear, money will come when needed, little signs from the universe will pop up out of nowhere and anything that does not serve you will slowly fall away. All of this happens so that your current universe aligns with your future universe, which will one day be your present day universe.
By using mantras we are believing in our higher selves. We are envisioning and creating a life that works best for ourselves and the world around us.
As Sylan Esso sings:
We are dancing and advancing to the light.
