The Bali Spirit Festival is a six day yoga festival in Ubud, Indonesia where people from all over the world come to move on their mats, celebrate globally, experience world music, and learn about wellness!

In this week’s post you can find four musicians I cannot wait to move to!

Brian Hartman

The music festival king! Originally from the West Coast, Hartman has traveled throughout the world sharing his sounds at music festivals. His music is a Latin, African, and Caribbean vibe. I personally think it’s the perfect music to yoga to anytime of day or night. It’s sensual, inviting, and fun! It makes me want to explore my practice while rocking it out on my mat! If you want some new yoga tunes, you can move to Hartman’s music below!

Originally from Chile. Sangeeta’s music and chanting can be heard all over the world as she holds events for spiritual, festivals, ashrams, and retreats. Sangeeta’s chanting is a mix of Kirtan and devotional chanting, but her gentle voice is what makes the sound so lovely to listen to! Her music is truly chanting to the soul! I’m excited to zen out to her chanting after a long day of festival activities! And you can listen to her relaxing chants HERE!

Zat Kimia

Zat Kimia, originally from Indonesia translates to Chemistry. Their music is a balance of all the sounds which is why they don’t stick to one genre. I would describe their music as relaxing music to move to with a rock and alternative sound. It’s edgy and soft, but also has hard hitting moments through each song. What I LOVE about this band is that they don’t give their music a name, genre, or specific sound. They wrote that they believe good music is born freely. I love that outlook. What if everything and everyone were born freely? Feel FREE to listen to Zat Kimia’s chemistry below.

Haji Basim

Basim is an Urban Folk musician and I LOVE his music. The lyrics of his songs make me want to chase my dreams. His song Shine sings:

“You want me to shine. Seek and ye shall find. Treasure is inside. Anything is possible. ”

His lyrics are music to my dreams and makes me want to manifest all of them!

If you need inspiration through music then Haji Basim is your musician! Check out his music HERE.

Only two more weeks until Bali Spirit Festival when it’s time to move, dance. and explore sound through these musicians!

If these musicians made your heart light up like they did mine, then give this post a share!

I hope to see you in Bali my loves!

Brytta is a world traveling yoga instructor from NYC. She is a lover of glitter, SUP Yoga and climbing waterfalls. When she's not adventuring around the world and teaching yoga, she's writing about her adventures and coming up with new ways to take her yoga off the mat and into the world! When she's not doing any of that, she's outside studying constellations and making wishes on shooting stars. A big fan of discovering new books to read, her current favorite reads are:You are a Badass, Polishing the Mirror and Yoga Girl
